Recent information provided by ACASC suggests that a substantial number of CASCs have supplier and service contracts that are badly worded. The suppliers can make assumptions about the club that are incorrect. How can this be?

We have an abundance of evidence from individual clubs. The problem is largely due to supplier inefficiency plus poor or inaccurate wording added to the agreements making them worthless. The cost of hidden errors can ultimately bounce back on the club financially.
